The residential benchmark eased to $570,000 after a slight 1% dip. If you\u2019re watching the condo market, you\u2019ll notice the biggest shifts there\u2014apartment benchmarks landed at $295,000 (down 8%), and row homes averaged $415,000 after a 5% yearly drop. Detached homes settled close to $744,000, just a 1% decrease, and semi-detached properties actually nudged up to $691,000.<\/p>\n<p>New listings totaled 3,140, about 10% less than this time last year, and inventory sits at 6,510 homes\u2014just a small decrease overall.
