Detached home prices in Calgary dropped 1.09% year-over-year, with the northeast experiencing the largest decline of 6.44% to $560,500. North Calgary and East Calgary also saw decreases of 3.89% and 3.11%, respectively. Only West Calgary and the city centre saw price increases of 2.78% and 2.24%. Apartment prices fell 8.18%, while semi-detached homes rose 0.98%. Month-over-month detached prices remained nearly flat.
